SUPER DUTY LIGHT BAR INSTRUCTIONS
-
Before starting the installation, take note the bumper gap
between the grill.
-
Remove the 4 bumper bolts from the front using a 18mm
socket. There are 2 on each side.
-
Let the bumper drop down. It will only drop down about 2
inches.
-
Retain the factory hardware. (Bolts and nut plates) The
light bar will use these bolts.
-
Hold the light bar up, and re-install the bumper bolts
through the light bar, bumper, and frame. Then start the bolts in the nut
plate by hand.

Once all the bolts are started by hand, align the bumper,
and tighten the 4 bolts.
Install
the lights of your choice and enjoy
